How to vacuum air while manufacturing blood collection tubes?
Hi, Do you know how they evacuate the air while manufacturing the “blood collection vacuum tubes” ?
I don’t know. However if you filled clean glass tubes with sterile saline water and boiled or flashed the water away at a high (sterile) temperature you could seal the tubes with very little water vapor left inside. The highest temperature would have to be consistent with the properties of the rubber seal that is pierced by a needle.
